Wellness Wānanga

1-4 hours covering various contributing factors to a healthy workplace. Subjects include: Stress, Fatigue, Communication, Movement, Anxiety, Boundaries and more.

The sessions are broken up with some movement ideas and practices as well as mindfulness techniques woven into the seated conversation and presentation.

This workshop is delivered via spoken information with the aid of a visual presentation. Personal stories /experiences are shared where relevant, and participant input is encouraged throughout the
day.
