I have been partaking in a wellness program for the past 2 months. It consists of exercises for the whole body.
The program is also set out to encourage the element of social connection which is beneficial to personal wellbeing. It also covers joint mobility, light cardio and techniques to build up strength. It is created to help the senior members of the community in improving and maintaining physical strength, mobility, posture and balance.
Each week Usha and Joshua cater to the individuals level of mobility from light movement to more intense activity. I have found this program to be most beneficial and would encourage more people to participate.
