This one-to-one session with Joshua is one hour and costs $30

We will go over some fundamental theory and look at posture and alignment within the first stance, “Wuji”. We will explore the abdominal breathing method and work with some simple visualisations. We will practice the art of relaxation and gently introduce some easy movements to coordinate with our breathing.

Practiced regularly with awareness and attention, these few instructions will be enough for the beginner to experience improvements in many aspects of their life. We will also discuss ways to bring these techniques into your everyday living so you can exercise increased awareness and inner stability throughout your daily tasks and interactions.
